Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
-
Halve the prunes, pitted and cut each half into 4 parts. Spoon with the oil and honey.
-
Spread over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and roast them for approx. 15 minutes in the oven.
-
In the meantime, heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the almonds and salad-pita mix for 3 minutes on medium heat until golden brown.
-
Add the honey, scoop well and bake for another 1 min. Scoop the nuts out of the pan and spread them over different baking paper so that they do not stick together. Allow to cool.
-
Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and slice the flesh into slices in width. Slice the parsley.
-
For the dressing, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, pepper and salt in a bowl.
-
Cut the ham into strips. Mix the lettuce with the parsley and spread over a bowl. Sprinkle with the dressing.
-
Divide the avocado, roasted plums and ham over the lettuce. Crumble the goat cheese over it and sprinkle with the nuts.
