Halve the melon, remove the seeds and the skin and cut the flesh into cubes. Divide the lettuce over a dish.

Put the melon, onion rings, smoked chicken and feta on top.

Dilute the mayonnaise with a dash of milk into a dressing and sprinkle the salad with it. Sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds.
