Cut the tomatoes into slices, the onion in half rings, the bell pepper in strips, the cucumber in slices and the little gem in thin strips.

Arrange the vegetables on the plates or gently mix them in a salad bowl. Sprinkle the cheese cubes with the olives over the salad.

Season the salad with salt and pepper and drizzle with the oil and vinegar. Sprinkle the herbs over the salad.
