Pour the peas into a sieve with boiling water and let them thaw.

Push a slice of salmon in each muffin cavity and add a spoonful of the salmon mixture.

Push well and fold the edges of salmon over the filling. Make sure that the chocolates are completely closed. Or make the salmon bonbons one by one with the help of an egg cup.
