Ingredients
Directions
-
Pour the peas into a sieve with boiling water and let them thaw.
-
Finely chop the dill. Cut the Norwegian salmon into small pieces and mix in a bowl with dill, peas, mayonnaise and yogurt. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
-
Push a slice of salmon in each muffin cavity and add a spoonful of the salmon mixture.
-
Push well and fold the edges of salmon over the filling. Make sure that the chocolates are completely closed. Or make the salmon bonbons one by one with the help of an egg cup.
-
Turn the chocolates into paper shapes. Keep them covered in the refrigerator until use.
-
Put a plank on the muffin mold and turn them together and let the salmon bonbons slide on the shelf.
-
Place them in the paper molds with a pancake knife. Garnish with a tuft of dill.
