Cut the salmon into very thin slices and place them on a flat dish.

Mix the lime juice with the ginger root and the spring onions and pour over the salmon.

Grind a little salt and pepper and cover with preserving foil. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

Divide the salmon slices over small plates and garnish with chopped dill.
