Directions

  1. Cut off the lower woody part of the asparagus and cut the asparagus in half lengthwise.
  2. Heat the grill pan. Brush the asparagus with oil and grill them in a few portions on both sides for about 5 minutes until they are al dente.
  3. Serve the asparagus on a plate and let the anchovy butter melt over it.
