Cut off the lower woody part of the asparagus and cut the asparagus in half lengthwise.

Heat the grill pan. Brush the asparagus with oil and grill them in a few portions on both sides for about 5 minutes until they are al dente.

Serve the asparagus on a plate and let the anchovy butter melt over it.
