Tacos with spicy pork tenderloin
Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry with the pepper and garlic for 3-4 minutes.

Quench the orange juice and season with tabasco.
Divide the lettuce over the tacos and add some pork tenderloin.
Spread the sour cream over it and sprinkle with red onion.
