Salmon duo on toast
A tasty recipe. The breakfast contains the following ingredients: fish, lemon (scrubbed), crème fraîche, dill ((a 15 g bag), chopped), red salmon (105 g), white-casino bread and smoked salmon.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon. Mix the grater, crème fraiche and dill in a bowl. Leave six tarts of dill for garnishing. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and scoop half in another bowl.

Remove the skin and the flakes of the salmon and fine the salmon. Mix through half of the cream-fraiche mixture. Roast the slices of bread golden brown in the toaster and cut them diagonally in half. Spread one half of the slices with the salmon mousse and the other half with the crème fraîche mixture.

Divide the slices of smoked salmon over the slices with salmon mousse and place the slices with the cream-fraiche mixture on top. Put a tuft of the covered dill on each bun.
