Salmon fillet with Chinese herbs and smoked salmon rice
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice, soy sauce, medium dry sherry, liquid honey, sesame oil, salmon fillet (a 125 g), salmon cubes and fresh coriander (finely chopped).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. In a bowl, beat 3 t of soy sauce with the sherry, honey and sesame oil together. Brush the pieces of salmon with about 2 tbsp of this sauce and sprinkle with some pepper.

Heat a frying pan. Put the pieces of fish in the pan and roast them on medium heat for 3 minutes. Turn them and schedule them for 2 minutes.

When the rice is done, stir the smoked salmon, coriander and 1 tbsp soy sauce through the rice.

Put the pieces of fish each on a hot plate. Serve the rice and the rest of the sauce separately. Tasty with Chinese wok vegetables.
