Leg hamtosti with coleslaw
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cabbage, olive oil, white wine vinegar, wholemeal bread, young cheese, ham, onion (in rings) and sweet chilli sauce (extra for dipping).

Cut the coals into thin strips. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the coals for 6-8 min. Until crispy. Change regularly. First season the cabbages with the vinegar, pepper and salt and then turn off the heat (the coal then becomes softer in taste and stays warm longer).

Cover 4 slices of bread with cheese, ham and onion rings. Divide the chilli sauce over it and cover with the remaining 4 slices of bread. Fry the sandwiches in a sandwich maker until golden brown and done.

Cut the sandwiches diagonally and serve them with the lukewarm coleslaw and extra chili sauce for dipping.
