Directions

  1. Fry the bacon until crispy in a dry, hot frying pan and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the coals and rösti 6-8 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper and scoop regularly.
  3. Heat the oven grill.
  4. Press the rosti and coals slightly flat and put the slices of tomato on them.
  5. Divide the brie over it and place the pan about 10 cm under the oven grill so that the cheese melts.
