Mix the ingredients for the herbal mayonnaise.

Add salt, pepper, chili powder, egg and breadcrumbs or bread crumbs to the minced meat. Mix well and form 4 flat burgers.

Tear the salad leaves slightly smaller and rinse them.

Brush the burgers with half of the oil.

Roast them in a hot grill pan or frying pan on both sides, depending on the thickness, 5-7 minutes. Turn them occasionally.

Mix the rest of the oil with the lemon juice, salt and pepper and drizzle the lettuce.

Serve the burgers with the lettuce and spice mayonnaise.
