Stew with leafy vegetable


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes (solid), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), spinach (300 g), red onion (in half rings), endive (in bars), arugula (lettuce, 75 g) and old cheese ( in cubes).

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min. Add a handful of spinach, stir fry until it has shrunk and then add another hand. Continue until all spinach has shrunk.
  3. Drain the potatoes. Add the rest of the oil and stamp with the puree mash into a coarse puree. Add the spinach with liquid, along with the onion, endive, rocket and cheese. Mix all ingredients together. Delicious with beef chipolata's (sausages).
