Salmon in beet marinade

Scoop the beet mixture of the salmon and pat the fish dry with kitchen paper.

Heat a dash of olive oil in a frying pan. Place the salmon on the skin side in the pan and cover the pan with aluminum foil. Fry the salmon in a low heat for 8-10 minutes.

Serve with the remaining dill and lemon wedges.
