Gypsy salad
A nice Turkish recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: red onion, green pepper, vine tomatoes, parsley, red pepper, white cheese cubes (cheese), garlic, olive oil (extra virgin), paprika powder mild, salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Peel onion and cut into quarters.

Cut pieces into strips.

Sweet pepper, clean and cut into pieces.

Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Parsley finely cut.
-
Clean pepper, remove seeds and cut into small pieces.

Combine onions, peppers, tomatoes, pepper pieces and 3/4 of the parsley.

Peel the garlic and press it over it.

Mix oil, paprika, (little) salt, pepper and half of cheese cubes.

Divide the rest of the cheese cubes over the salad.

Sprinkle with rest of parsley.

Serve with warm shawarma sandwiches..
