A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, limes, olive oil, salt, freshly ground four-season pepper, sugar, fresh dill (15 g), fresh chives (à 25 g), Scottish salmon fillets and rocket lettuce (30 g).

Directions

  1. Squeeze limes.
  2. In a marinade, beat lime juice, oil, salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
  3. Dill and cut half of chives finely and stir in marinade.
  4. Cut salmon with thin knife into thin slices.
  5. Place slices of salmon in marinade.
  6. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and allow salmon to marinate for at least 1 hour in a cool place.
  7. The fish 'cooks' so in the marinade and changes from transparent to bright pink.
  8. Carefully turn the slices over after half an hour.
  9. Remove slices of salmon from marinade and place on six plates.
  10. Put the remaining marinade over salmon.
  11. Garnish with chives of chives and leaves of arugula..
