Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
-
Peel the asparagus all around with a peeler from just below the cup and remove the woody bottom.
-
Boil the asparagus for 5 minutes. Take them out of the pan with a slotted spoon.
-
Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes and cut the onion into wafer-thin half rings. Spoon with the oil, vinegar, herbs, pepper and possibly salt.
-
Cut the salmon into 4 equal pieces.
-
Take 4 sheets of baking paper. Divide the asparagus, salmon and the tomato-onion mixture and sprinkle with pepper. Crumble the white cheese over it.
-
Fold the baking paper loosely close to packages (and papillotte). Place on a baking sheet and bake the packets for about 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.
-
Divide the packets over 4 plates and serve. Fold the packages open at the table. Yummy! .
