Salmon rolls with fresh radish salad

Additional requirements: baking tray covered with baking paper.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Thaw the slices of dough.

Grate and squeeze the lemon.

Finely chop the parsley and chives.

In a bowl mix the salmon pieces with the lemon zest, parsley, chives, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and some salt and freshly ground pepper.

On each slice of dough on the right side, create a bar of the salmon mixture.

Fold the other half of the dough slice over it (like sausage rolls).

Moisten the edges with milk and press them tightly.

Place the salmon rolls on the baking tray, brush them with milk and bake until golden brown in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

Cut the radishes into slices and cut the cress from the bed.

Beat in a bowl 2 tablespoons lemon juice with 1 tablespoon of water, olive oil and some salt and pepper to a dressing.
