Cut the tomato in four, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into small cubes. Let the tomato cubes drain on kitchen paper. Cut the bell pepper into thin rings. Cut open the Turkish bread and spread the cut edges generously with Philadelphia. Put the salmon slices on it and spread the pepper over it.
