Line the timbals with slices of salmon fillet, the remaining salmon can be used for the garnish.

Cut half of the trout fillet into small pieces.

Mix in a bowl the cottage cheese with mayonnaise, mustard, finely chopped chives, half of the dill, finely chopped and some freshly ground pepper.
