Grilled vegetables with mozzarella
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: aubergines (in 1 cm thick slants), zucchini (1 cm thick slants), red pepper (in thick strips), olive oil, lemon (squeezed), basil ((15 g) , only the leaves), mozzarella ((cheese, a 125 g) and in slices).

Brush the vegetables with a little oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat the grill pan and grill the vegetables in portions in 4 min.

Until done.

Turn them halfway.

Make a dressing of the rest of the oil and lemon juice in a large bowl and add the vegetables.

Season with salt and pepper.

Make turrets of vegetables, basil leaves and mozzarella on 4 plates.
