Marinated Dutch shrimps
A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, lime, cucumber (in very small blocks), olive oil, fresh coriander ((15 g), the leaves finely chopped) and Dutch shrimps (a 100 g).

Grate the green skin of a quarter lime and squeeze out the fruit.

Spoon the cubes of cucumber with half the lime juice, the olive oil and half of the coriander leaves.

Season with (fine sea) salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Spoon the shrimp with the rest of the lime juice and the rest of the coriander (keep a tablespoon apart) and also season with (fine sea) salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Spoon a layer of the cucumber mixture in tall glasses, then a layer of shrimp, then a layer of cucumber and finally the rest of the shrimp.

Garnish with the retained coriander and some (freshly ground) pepper to taste..
