Sauerkraut cakes with ham, cheese and apricots

Preheat the oven to 210ºC.

Line the molds with the dough and pierce the bottoms with a fork. Bake the dough bottoms for about 5 minutes in the middle of the oven.

In the meantime, dry the sauerkraut with kitchen paper. Mix in the ham and apricots.

Beat the eggs with curry powder, cooking cream, half of the cheese, salt and pepper.

Fill the dough bottoms with the sauerkraut. Pour the egg mixture on top and spread the rest of the cheese over it.

Fry the sauerkraut tarts in the center of the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown and done.
