Salmon with dill sauce


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes, carrots, snow peas, salmon fillets (about 500 g), butter or margarine, fish sauce dill (40 g), spring onions, dill (deep-frozen and a sprinkling of 50 g).

Directions

  1. Peel, halve, wash potatoes and cook in 20 minutes.
  2. Cleaning carrots and snow peas.
  3. Prepare the carrots for about 10 minutes, add snow peas after approx.
  4. 6 minutes and co-cook.
  5. Salting salmon with fish herbs from packaging.
  6. Heat butter in frying pan.
  7. Sauté salmon for about 6 minutes.
  8. Prepare fish sauce according to instructions.
  9. Brush onions, cut into rings and stir in sauce.
  10. Salmon sprinkle with dill.
  11. Serve salmon with potatoes, vegetables and sauce..
