Salmon with dill sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes, carrots, snow peas, salmon fillets (about 500 g), butter or margarine, fish sauce dill (40 g), spring onions, dill (deep-frozen and a sprinkling of 50 g).

Peel, halve, wash potatoes and cook in 20 minutes.

Cleaning carrots and snow peas.

Prepare the carrots for about 10 minutes, add snow peas after approx.

6 minutes and co-cook.

Salting salmon with fish herbs from packaging.

Heat butter in frying pan.

Sauté salmon for about 6 minutes.

Prepare fish sauce according to instructions.

Brush onions, cut into rings and stir in sauce.

Salmon sprinkle with dill.

Serve salmon with potatoes, vegetables and sauce..
