Salmon burger with spicy mayo and cucumber salad

Make a salad from the cucumber, the rest of the spring onion, parsley and radish. Spoon a few drops of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of olive oil through it. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the rest of the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon burgers for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown and done.

In the meantime, cut the sandwiches and mix the mayonnaise with the horseradish. Brush the rolls with the sauce and spread some salad over it.

Put the salmon burgers on and stick the bread caps with a skewer. Serve the rest of the salad.
