White bean dish with sausage and bacon
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic, white beans (a 370 g), Groninger (metworst (240 g)), French baguette (pre-fried), olive oil, smoked bacon cubes (lean (a 250 g)), sliced leeks ( 300 g), tomato cubes (400 g) and Provençal (herbs).

Garlic peel and finely chop.

Rinse white beans in colander and let them drain.

Cut sausages into thin slant slices.

Bake bread according to directions on packaging.

Heat the oil in a skillet and fry garlic for 2 minutes.

Add bacon cubes and fry approx.

3 minutes.

Add the leek and fry approx.
-
2 minutes.
-
Add beans, tomato cubes, sausage and Provençal herbs and simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat.

Add pepper to taste.

Divide the casserole into 4 plates.
