Salsa of tomato
Salsa of tomato with chili pepper, lime, shallot, coriander and garlic.
Add the zest of the lime, grate the peel and squeeze the fruit. Slice the shallot and press the garlic.
Mix the juice in a bowl with the grated skin. Stir in the shallots and garlic and marinate for 5 minutes.
Halve the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
Slice the coriander. Stir the oil through the shallots. Scoop the tomato and coriander and season with the chili pepper and salt.
Allow the flavors to absorb for about 30 minutes.
