New potatoes with salsa verde
A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes in the peel, fresh basil (leaves, coarsely chopped), garlic (coarsely chopped), capers, mustard (spicy), olive oil and oil to grease.

Boil the potatoes in a pan of water with a little salt in almost 10 minutes almost done. Drain them in a colander. In the meantime grind the basil leaves with garlic, capers and mustard with a hand blender or in a food processor. Gradually add the oil and grind until a smooth sauce is formed. Season the salsa verde with salt and pepper. Keep the sauce covered in the refrigerator.

Roast the potatoes in a well-greased grill basket in approx. 10 minutes until golden brown. Shake the basket regularly. Scoop the potatoes into a bowl and immediately mix in the salsa.
