Directions

  1. Mix the flour with the butter, oregano, a pinch of salt and pepper in a food processor to a granular mixture. Add 3-4 tablespoons of cold water and turn briefly again. Remove the dough from the machine and quickly knead by hand to a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and leave to set in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  3. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough into a piece of 1/2 cm thick. Cut into squares and / or triangles and put them on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush the dough with egg and sprinkle with the sesame and sea salt. Bake the salty biscuits in the oven in about 15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool until crisp.
