Directions

  3. Knead the dough crumbs with cool hands into a cohesive dough. Roll into a ball and wrap in cling film. Let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  5. Spread the worktop with 2 tbsp flour and roll out the dough into a piece of 40 x 40 cm and 3-4 mm thick.
  6. With the help of protrusion molds or a glass of biscuits, cut out the dough. Knead the remaining dough into a ball and roll out again until all the dough has been used.
  7. Place the cookies at a distance from each other on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
