Halve the baguette or bread rolls horizontally or use the casino bread.

Brush the bread generously with forest fruit jam and season with pepper.

Cover one half with slices of brie, sprinkle with pine nuts and cover with the other half of the bread.

Roast the sandwich in a toasted sandwich, grill pan or oven on both sides until light brown.
