Sandwiches with cheese, pickle and sambalmayo

Mix the mayonnaise and sambal together. Halve the slices of cheese. Cut the pickles in slices lengthwise.

Spread the slices of bread with the sambal mayonnaise. Cover half of the slices of bread each with a ½ slice of cheese.

Divide the slices of pickle. Cover with the rest of the slices.

Spread the bread from the outside with the butter. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the sandwiches with the lid on the pan for about 10 minutes on low heat.

Carefully turn halfway.
