Sandwiches with egg salad
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian breakfast contains the following ingredients: eggs (medium), sundried tomatoes on oil (pot), basil, grated cheese (bag of 150 g), mayonnaise, salt, (freshly ground) pepper and brown casa bread.

Boil eggs for about 10 minutes.

Cut tomato into small pieces.

Chop minced basil.

Rinse eggs under cold water, peel and roughly in deep plate.

Mix tomato, basil, cheese and mayonnaise.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spread egg salad over 2 slices of bread and put other slices on it.

Press sandwiches slightly and cut diagonally.

Pack each sandwich separately in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator until use..
