Pancakes from hüttenkäse
Breakfast dish of pancakes, made from cottage cheese, flour and eggs, served with strawberries, Greek yogurt and floral honey.
Mix the cottage cheese, flour and eggs in a bowl into a coherent whole.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
Make 2 pancakes per person. Spoon a maximum of 4 heaps of batter in the pan and bake 3 min. With the lid on the pan or covered with aluminum foil on low heat.
Turn over the pancakes. Cook without lid on the pan for another 3 minutes on medium heat until golden brown and done. Make as many pancakes as you need.
Meanwhile, clean the strawberries and halve them. Spread the pancakes, strawberries and yogurt over the plates and drizzle with the honey.
