A tasty recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: fennel, brown bread, butter to spread, raclette cheese (10 slices), celery and (freshly ground) black pepper.

Directions

  1. Preheat the pre-iron.
  2. Clean fennel and cut or plan as thin as possible.
  3. Slices of bread on one side with butter spread.
  4. Put unrefined sides of 4 slices of bread with raclette cheese and fennel.
  5. Spread celery leaves and spread generously with pepper.
  6. Cover with remaining slices of bread, with smeared sides facing up.
  7. Tostis in two portions in about 5 minutes in toasted sandwich brown-brown, until cheese is melted.
  8. Take out toasts from iron and cut diagonally in half..
