Cut chocolate into pieces. Let au bain-marie melt the chocolate with the butter while stirring. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

In a different bowl with a mixer or whisk, mix the sugar, eggs and (sieved) flour.

Carefully pour the melted chocolate mixture through the egg mixture. Line the spring form with baking paper.

Transfer to the spring form and fry the cake in the middle of the oven for about 40 minutes.

Allow the cake to cool before slicing it.
