Satay with fries
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ham slices (about 525 g), satémarinade (a 150 ml), oven fries (bag 1 kg), soy sauce (bottle 250 ml), liquid honey, lemon juice (bottle 115 ml), saté sauce ( peanut (68 g)) and iceberg lettuce (in pieces).

Cut the meat into cubes of 2 cm. Add the marinade and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Thread the meat on the satéprikkers.

In the meantime, preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Fry the French fries in approx. 15-20 min. Golden brown. Beat a dressing of the soy sauce, honey and the lemon juice. Prepare the satay sauce according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the grill pan. Grill the sateetjes in approx. 4 min. Until done. Times regularly. Mix the lettuce with the dressing. Divide the little plates over 4 plates and serve with the fries and salad.
