Sprinkle the meat with salt, pepper and the curry powder and mix in the oil.

Thread the meat cubes on the skewers.

Heat the mango pieces for the mango sauce with the orange juice, honey and the cream. Puree the sauce and pour in the fresh mint. Keep the sauce warm without cooking.

Heat a grill pan or skillet and roast the satay for 8 minutes. Turn around regularly.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a wok for the fried rice.

Pour hot water over the peas and let drain well.

Stir fry the rice with peas and carrot for 8 minutes. Serve the rice with the satay and the sauce.
