Chop the onion. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion 4 min.

Add the shawarma strips and cook for another 3 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.

Spoon the meat into a low oven dish. Let the sauerkraut drain. Mix the sauerkraut with the sour cream.
