Bring the apple cubes with the sugar and lemon juice to a boil in a saucepan and let the apple fall apart in about 10 minutes. Allow the mashed potatoes to cool.

Place the sausages in a pan of water and bring them slowly to the boil. Let yarn cook in about 10 minutes. Drain and let them cool.

Spread the bacon with a little mustard and roll it around the sausages.

Roast the sausages over and over on the barbecue brown and crunchy and serve with the mashed potatoes.
