Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Let the raisins swell in the lukewarm water.

Peel and cut ½ apple into slices and the rest into cubes.

Fry the chicken cubes brown in the olive oil. Add the apple cubes and the raisins with the water.

Sprinkle the bags of curry sauce over them. Stir well. Add a pinch of sambal oelek to taste.

Scoop the crème fraîche through. Line the spring form (s) with the croissant dough (leave 1 slice over).
