Savoury salmon pie
Hearty pie of filo pastry from the oven with salmon fillet, garden peas, cream cheese and dill.

Let the garden peas and filo pastry thaw according to the instructions on the package. Cut the dill finely.

Clean the lemon and grate the yellow skin thinly from the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.

Cut the salmon into pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper and drop a little bit of lemon juice over it.

In a bowl, stir the cream cheese with pepper. Spoon the garden peas, dill, grated lemon peel and finally the salmon through it.

Melt the butter and brush the cake mold generously.

Spread half of the filo pastry sheets with butter and place the other half on top.
