Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut a small piece off the top and bottom of the stalks. Place the stalks against each other on the baking sheet and brush lightly with oil. Fry the celery about 10 minutes high in the oven.

In the meantime, heat the butter and fry the onion and thyme for a few minutes at a low setting. Crumble the toasted sandwiches.
