Scandinavian fish salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cucumbers, small potatoes (small (450 g)), lemon, red onion, fresh dill (bag of 15 g), sour cream, sour herring (355 g), pink shrimp (125 g) , crispbread (a 200 g) and smoked salmon (200 g).

Cucumber halfway along the length, remove seed strips and cut into pieces of approx.

4 cm.

Prepare the potatoes according to directions on packaging and rinse with cold water.

Cut 4 thin slices of lemon.

Cut red onion into thin half rings.

Mix cucumber with onion and potatoes and sprinkle with juice of leftover lemon.

Dill finely chopping (keep slightly behind for garnishing).

Mix sour cream and dill and season with (freshly ground) salt and pepper.

Let herring drain and cut into pieces.

Carefully remove herring and prawns from the dill cream.

Spread cucumber salad over 4 plates, put fish salad on it.

Garnish with a tuft of dill.

Crispbread with smoked salmon and slice of lemon and serve with fish salad..
