Wok dish with redfish
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, redfish fillet (a ca. 225 g), red peppers, sunflower oil, Thai vegetable mix (400 g), oyster sauce (a 100 g), new noodles (eggmy, a 2 x 150 g) and prawn crackers .

Redfish cut into strips of approx.

2 cm.

Clean the pepper and cut it into pieces.

Heat in wok oil.

Bake fish for about 3 minutes.

Remove fish from wokkeppen and keep warm.

Pepper and vegetable mix in the remaining oil for approx.

5 minutes.

Last minute, create oyster sauce and fish carefully.

Rinse the noodles with boiling water and create a vegetable-fish mixture.

Fully heat through and through.
