A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, redfish fillet (a ca. 225 g), red peppers, sunflower oil, Thai vegetable mix (400 g), oyster sauce (a 100 g), new noodles (eggmy, a 2 x 150 g) and prawn crackers .

Directions

  1. Redfish cut into strips of approx.
  2. 2 cm.
  3. Clean the pepper and cut it into pieces.
  4. Heat in wok oil.
  5. Bake fish for about 3 minutes.
  6. Remove fish from wokkeppen and keep warm.
  7. Pepper and vegetable mix in the remaining oil for approx.
  8. 5 minutes.
  9. Last minute, create oyster sauce and fish carefully.
  10. Rinse the noodles with boiling water and create a vegetable-fish mixture.
  11. Fully heat through and through.
  12. Serve with krupuk..
