Chicken bolts with paprika
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, roasted peppers (from pot), garlic, chili powder, paprika powder, ground pimento, chilli pepper from the mill, olive oil and chicken bolts.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Puree in the food processor (or blender) the peppers with the garlic, chilli powder, paprika, allspice, chili pepper and olive oil. Heat a frying pan and fry this mixture until it turns dark red and starts to smell.

Carefully loosen the skin of the chicken bolts and pull it towards the narrow part of the leg. Rub the bolts with salt and brush generously with the paprika mixture. Fold the sheet over the bolts again.

Place the bolts in a roasting tray. Place the roasting pan on the grid in the middle of the oven and roast the chicken bolts for approx. 45 minutes. If the roasting tray gets too dry, pour a few tablespoons of water into the roasting tray. If necessary, cover the bolts with aluminum foil if they become too brown.

Remove the roasting tray from the oven and let the chicken bolts covered with aluminum foil rest for 10 minutes. Delicious with French fries and a green salad with olives.
