A tasty Italian recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: sugar, yeast, flour (extra for pollinating, sifted), milk (lukewarm), olive oil, red grapes (500 g) and powdered sugar.

Directions

  1. Mix 50 sugar, the yeast and the flour in a bowl.
  2. Stir in the milk, 3 tbsp oil and 200 ml water.
  3. Knead on a floured sheet to a smooth dough.
  4. Add extra flour if the dough is too moist and extra water if it is too dry.
  5. Grease a bowl with 1 tbsp oil and place the dough in it.
  6. Cover with a damp tea towel and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  7. Mix the grapes with the rest of the sugar and set aside.
  8. Scoop occasionally.
  9. Remove the dough from the bowl and knead briefly.
  10. Roll out with the rolling pin to a piece of 2 cm thick.
  11. Brush a baking sheet with the rest of the oil and place the dough on it.
  12. Cover with a damp tea towel and rest for 30 minutes.
  13. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  14. Make dimples with your fingers in the dough and put the grapes in it.
  15. Fry the schiacciata in the middle of the oven in approx.
  16. 20 min.
  17. Until tender and golden brown.
