Dab the cutlets dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle them around with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven grill. Heat the baking product in the frying pan and fry the cutlets for about 3 minutes per side.

Place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper and spread the cheese and almonds over it.

Place the griddle under the grill and leave the cheese and almonds gratin in about 3 minutes.
