Schnitzels with tomato gorgonzola sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tagliatelle (pasta), broccoli, pork schnitzel, olive oil, gorgonzola (piccante, diced), pomodorini (tomatoes, 425 ml) and dried rosemary.

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Boil the broccoli in water with a little salt in 6 minutes until al dente.

Cut the schnitzel into 8 pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry the meat in the oil in 2 min. Per side brown. Take out of the pan. Bake the cheese for 1 minute in the shortening until it begins to melt. Stir in the pomodorini and press the to with a spatula piece. Put the meat in the tomato sauce and heat for another 2 minutes. Season with the rosemary and pepper.

Drain the pasta and broccoli. Spoon the pasta onto 4 plates. Divide the schnitzels with the sauce over them. Serve with the broccoli.
