Directions

  1. Beat the eggs with the whipped cream and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan with non-stick coating and stir fry the egg mixture on low heat until it begins to solidify.
  3. Turn off the heat and scoop the egg with your choice of tomato with pepper, the dill with the 4-season pepper or the old cheese with the basil.
